About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP AI ERP & Data Senior to drive the adoption of Artificial Intelligence capabilities across a modern SAP landscape.

You will play a key role in exploring, evaluating, and implementing AI functionalities within SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC). Working closely with PMO teams and technical specialists, you will translate AI opportunities into structured projects, ensuring successful delivery from concept to implementation.

This role combines deep SAP expertise with strong project management capabilities and offers the opportunity to shape the future of AI-driven enterprise processes.

Key Responsibilities

Explore and evaluate AI capabilities within SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC).
Identify business opportunities where AI can create measurable value.
Translate AI initiatives into structured projects with defined scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
Lead AI implementation projects from initiation through delivery.
Collaborate closely with PMO teams, business stakeholders, and technical experts.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
Provide guidance on SAP AI best practices and emerging capabilities.
Promote innovation and continuous improvement across ERP and Data platforms.

Required Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP ERP platforms.
Proven experience with SAP AI capabilities.
Experience managing enterprise IT projects.
Strong project planning, budgeting, and resource management skills.
Experience collaborating with PMO and technical delivery teams.
Experience translating business opportunities into executable project roadmaps.
