Voor onze klant in Halle zijn wij op zoek naar een Data Warehouse Engineer

Assignment:

As an EDWH Engineer, you help answer questions related to insights and information. You will focus on capturing the needs of our end users and translating those needs into a BI solution.  

Responsibilities: 

• Managing BI assignments end-to-end: making agreements with partners, estimating required resources, coordinating tasks, and following up until delivery to the end user. 
• Gathering partner requirements and translating them into a functional analysis that leads to an efficient technical solution. You will maintain regular alignment with the partner. Requirements may include adjustments or extensions to the data in the data warehouse, related solutions, or entirely new requests. 
• Preparing test scenarios and performing the necessary tests on the data warehouse. You will also coordinate user acceptance testing. 
• Designing and developing the business layer and visualizations, as well as performing relevant tests in collaboration with the partner. 
• Collaborating frequently with other specialists, such as the data management team, information stewards, business analysts, and data scientists. 
• Acting as the primary BI point of contact for users.

Expected Deliverables for Each Assignment:  

• Intake & estimations 
• Functional requirements analysis 
• BI design 
• Documentation of the BI solution
