We are looking for a Test Coordinator for the Brussels (hybrid)

Proven experience in:

·         Test Planning & Strategy

·         Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement

·         Team Leadership

·         Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication

·         Governance, Metrics & Reporting

·         Cost Awareness

·         Agile Product Ownership: min 3 yrs of experience as a Product Owner or in an equivalent role

·         Distributed/Offshore Teams: experience collaborating with remote QA or development teams

·         Experience within a planning department

·         Overall Testing Experience: min 5 yrs of hands-on experience in functional software testing

·         Test Management Experience: mini 3 yrs leading test strategy, planning, and execution

·         UAT Coordination: min 2 yrs coordinating or supervising UAT activities
