We are seeking an experienced Tech Workforce Insights & Performance Analyst for a leading financial services group. This interim role is designed to strengthen workforce steering, performance monitoring, and operational reporting within the Technology domain.

This position goes far beyond simple dashboarding; it combines deep hands-on data management, strong analytical capabilities, and intensive stakeholder collaboration to transform raw workforce data into strategic intelligence.

The Mission

Based within the Tech Corporate Office, you will directly support Tech leadership and workforce decision-making by:

  • Data Consolidation: Collecting and transforming people data from multiple sources and stakeholders.

  • Active Retrieval: Proactively engaging with managers, team leads, and HR to gather data, often by designing and distributing structured Excel templates.

  • Reporting & Insights: Building and maintaining workforce dashboards that go beyond visualization to provide actionable insights and scenario calculations.

  • Quality Control: Identifying data gaps or inconsistencies and performing rigorous quality checks to ensure reliable reporting on headcount, capacity, and skills.

  • Strategic Support: Supporting workforce steering and performance reviews with clear data interpretation and traceability.

Key Activities

  • Design Excel templates and data collection tools for stakeholder inputs.

  • Transform disparate data into consistent KPI views and reporting formats.

  • Maintain dashboards in Excel and Power BI, while retrieving data from Qlik Sense.

  • Produce analytical summaries for executive leadership.

Your Profile

Required Skills:

  • Advanced Excel: Deep expertise in complex consolidations and analysis.

  • Tools: Hands-on experience with Power BI and Qlik Sense.

  • Workforce Expertise: A solid understanding of people data and the ability to translate raw numbers into business insights.

  • Stakeholder Management: Proven experience in actively collecting data and following up with stakeholders to ensure quality.

  • Language: Excellent written and spoken English.

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of SAP HR / SAP HCM or similar HRIS.

  • Previous experience within Technology/IT organizations.

  • Experience within financial institutions.

  • Proficiency in Dutch and/or French.

Experience Level:

  • Medior: 3 – 8 years of relevant experience.
