We are looking for a ServiceNow Project Manager CMDB for Brussels

DESCRIPTION

This role ensures organizational outcomes are defined and delivered for implementing the IT Configuration Management process and CMDB in ServiceNow.

It includes identifying stakeholders, capturing their expectations, and working with functional and technical experts to plan and execute delivery across the full lifecycle.

The Project Manager defines target outcomes, translates them into project outputs (e.g., automated data integrations, discovery) and data maintenance activities (CIs and services), and ensures delivery—covering not just application implementation but also service and configuration data expectations for the IT organization.

PROFILE

·         Min. 5 years of experience as Project Manager in IT Software or SaaS implementation projects

·         Proven experience in IT Configuration Management and/or CMDB implementation

·         Project Management capabilities: (project planning, budget management, resource planning, scope & risk management)

·         Experience with ITIL processes implementation

·         Experience in ServiceNow and CMDB implementation: including CMDB, Discovery, integrations, automated data sources, CSDM is a plus)

·         Communication and stakeholder management skills (ability to communicate, present, facilitate meetings, steerco, reporting)

·         Experience in complex environments (large-scale projects, multiple stakeholders, ambiguity management)

·         Knowledge of project delivery methodologies (Agile, SAFe, PM², PMBOK or Prince2)

·         Experience within Public Sector (asset)

Languages:
