We are looking for a Service Management Specialist for Brussels area

Profile

-          Designing, implementing, and stabilizing the new Service Management and governance framework, ensuring effective service integration, vendor performance control, and alignment with business objectives

-          ITIL V3 & ITIL V4 certifications

-          SIAM certification

-          Several years of experience in strategic/tactical Service Management

-          SIAM Operating Model design & implementation experience in multi-vendor organization

-          Several years of proven experience in strategic Service Management within complex multi-vendor organizations

-          Several years of experience in IT Operating Model design or transformation programs
