About the Role

Are you passionate about software quality and eager to contribute to innovative digital transformation projects? We are looking for a Software Tester to join an Agile development team working on the digitalisation of critical operational processes.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and validating both manual and automated tests, ensuring software meets the highest quality standards throughout the development lifecycle. You'll collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and Product Owners to deliver reliable, high-performing software solutions.


Your Responsibilities

  • Analyse business requirements, specifications, and functional analyses.

  • Design, implement, and execute:

    • Functional testing

    • Regression testing

    • Integration testing

    • Load and stress testing

  • Develop, maintain, and execute test scenarios.

  • Create comprehensive test plans and test cases.

  • Work closely with developers, analysts, and Product Owners to ensure software quality throughout the development lifecycle.

  • Monitor, document, and report test results.

  • Identify defects and support issue resolution.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing methodologies and automation frameworks.


What We're Looking For

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Software Tester in an Agile/Scrum environment.

  • Experience designing and executing manual and automated test cases.

  • Experience with software quality assurance throughout the SDLC.

Technical Skills

  • Agile / Scrum

  • ALM

  • UFT (Unified Functional Testing)

  • Azure DevOps

  • Test Case Design

  • Test Scenario Creation

  • Functional Testing

  • Regression Testing

  • Integration Testing

  • Load & Stress Testing

Nice to Have

  • Experience with test automation frameworks.

  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

  • ISTQB Certification.

  • Experience in transportation, logistics, or other mission-critical environments.

Languages

  • Dutch or French (C1)

  • English (C1)
