The organization is currently undergoing an exciting transformation phase. To strengthen the cohesion between Business and IT, we have organized our departments into different Tribes based on specific themes. This approach encourages collaborative work on a set of products and ensures overall consistency across the board.

The role of Scrum Master will be dedicated to supporting the Markets Tribe. This tribe aims to respond optimally to new challenges concerning market exchanges, the services underpinning these exchanges, and the management of linked data.

Your Mission

As a Scrum Master, your mandate is to guide Agile teams through the "Scrum" framework, acting as a "servant leader" and facilitator. You will support teams in their initial setup, coach them in the Agile mindset, and lead them toward autonomy and continuous improvement to deliver high-quality products while maximizing value.

Primary Tasks

• Agile Governance: Responsible for the Scrum working environment and compliance with Agile principles within the teams.

• Facilitation: Organize and lead all Scrum ceremonies (Daily, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Refinement, Retrospective, and Story Mapping).

• Backlog Management: Ensure that Product and Sprint backlogs are complete, maintained, and prioritized with sufficient depth.

• Quality Standards: Ensure that the "Definition of Ready" (DoR) and "Definition of Done" (DoD) are well-defined and respected.

• Transparency & Metrics: Communicate progress transparently to stakeholders using team metrics (velocity, burndown, story points, etc.).

• Impediment Removal: Identify and remove obstacles to ensure the team remains focused on the Sprint goal.

• Team Coaching: Strengthen the Agile approach within the Product and Factory teams and protect them from external interference.
