About the Project Since 2016, our organization has been developing Match-IT, a critical software solution designed to streamline essential basic processes and provide high-level insights into operational realities. The goal is to relieve field staff of time-consuming administrative tasks, allowing them to focus on what matters most.

Match-IT supports the entire ecosystem of resident identification, accommodation management, and social support. Our challenge for the coming years is to increase the flexibility and user-friendliness of existing processes while driving administrative efficiency to new heights.

Your Profile

We are looking for a project-minded professional who can bridge the gap between operational needs and technical solutions. You are an expert at mapping complex workflows and translating them into efficient IT systems.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Project Frameworks: Expertise in Agile, SCRUM, and PRINCE2.

• Process Engineering: Proficiency in Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN) and Business/Operations modeling.

• Strategic Planning: Experience with Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).

• Domain Experience: Proven track record in IT Project Environments, specifically focusing on operational efficiency and user-centric design.
