01 Key Responsibilities

Projects (Cloud oriented)

Continue OS upgrade: Accelerate the infrastructure modernization roadmap by decommissioning legacy operating systems, significantly reducing security vulnerabilities
V0 systems migration: Store servers migration
SAP Retail Back-up Strategy: Redesign the SAP Retail backup strategy by implementing a more efficient backup architecture, successfully reclaiming storage capacity in alignment with corporate FinOps objectives
Franchised Store Switch Migration: Upgrade network switches across franchisee locations to improve local network reliability

Role & Responsibilities

Project Management: Lead the full project lifecycle from idea to delivery, managing scope, planning, budget, quality and change across one or multiple projects
Stakeholder & Communication: Manage internal and external stakeholders; prepare weekly status reports, Steerco decks and PMO Board updates
Risk & Issues: Identify and manage project risks; escalate and resolve issues in a timely manner
Testing & UAT: Oversee all test phases and coordinate user acceptance plans with business teams
Team Leadership: Functionally manage up to 5 team members (BAs, developers, testers); foster collaboration, diversity and a high-performance culture
Standards & Governance: Ensure all projects follow PMO standards and IT Governance methodology; drive operational excellence and continuous improvement

Education & Experience

Bachelor or Master in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or equivalent
At least 5 years of experience in IT project management in a business/industry context
Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies
