FUNCTION DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced Power BI expert & Power Platform developer.
You will design and build high?quality dashboards, apps, and automated workflows that support our business teams and contribute to a well?governed, efficient, and innovative Power Platform ecosystem.
In this role, you’ll combine hands-on development, solutions design, and support for our growing community of citizen developers.

RESPONSABILITIES

Responsibilities
• Power BI Development & Analytics (40%)
o Design, develop, and deploy Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models.
o Apply best practices in data modelling, DAX, and Power Query.
o Connect and integrate data from Dataverse, SharePoint, Azure Logic Apps, SQL, and other relevant sources.
o Ensure solutions are optimized, user-friendly, easily maintanable and aligned with business needs.

• Power Apps & Power Automate Development (30%)
o Build and maintain scalable solutions using Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Automate flows.
o Translate business requirements into functional, maintainable applications.
o Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure services, and third?party systems.
o Contribute to the creation of reusable templates, components, and architectural standards.

• Governance, Security & Compliance (10%)
o Apply and promote Power Platform governance guidelines.
o Review citizen?developed apps and flows to ensure compliance and quality.
o Support standardization and lifecycle management of Power Platform solutions.

• Enablement & Collaboration (10%)
o Coach and support citizen developers across departments.
o Provide training, best practices, and troubleshooting guidance.
o Collaborate with architecture, IT, and business teams to ensure well?designed, sustainable solutions.

• Support & Continuous Improvement (10%)
o Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support for existing Power BI and Power Platform solutions.
o Perform regular audits and optimize production apps, flows, and dashboards.
o Suggest improvements and contribute to a long?term Power Platform roadmap.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Strong proficiency in Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate (3+ years).
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem tools: Dataverse, SharePoint, Azure Logic Apps, connectors & integrations.
• Experience with data modelling, DAX, and building scalable Power Platform solutions.
• Understanding of governance, security, and compliance in Microsoft cloud environments.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

• Languages: fluent in Dutch, French and English.

PERSONAL SKILLS

• Detail?oriented with excellent follow?up capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple parallel tasks.
