Your Role & Responsibilities

In this role, you will coordinate high-impact projects focusing on customer accounts and data (preferences, KYC, etc.). Your portfolio will typically include large-scale regulatory projects (e.g., Consumer Credit Directive) or strategic initiatives (e.g., developing new banking packages).

Key Tasks:

• Requirements Engineering: Analyze business needs and translate them into clear functional requirements for technology teams.

• Project Governance: Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and according to the highest quality standards.

• Stakeholder Management: Functionally lead stakeholders, ensuring a unified vision and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

• Strategic Input: Create or challenge business cases and proactively identify risks, unknowns, and opportunities.

• Quality Assurance: Master various testing techniques and collaborate with test teams and end-users to design robust test scenarios.

• Reporting: Deliver detailed, consolidated reports to stakeholders and team leaders, highlighting critical focus points and implementing solutions.

Skills & Experience:
