Lead Solution Architect

We are looking for a Lead Solution Architect for our CRM domain with expertise and extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities

· Analyzing the current business needs and systems of stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of their requirements and challenges to be able to represent interests towards integrators in both project- and CoE-mode
· Designing future-oriented solutions as part of the CRM transformation roadmap that leverage our central digital stack and product portfolio and align with the organization's strategic goals.
· Collaborating with various teams to ensure that the designed solutions are effectively integrated into the existing landscape and meet operational requirements.
· Conducting fit/gap analysis to define the solution design including to-be processes, solution architecture, integration design, migration approach and non-functional (e.g. performance) requirements.
· Product modeling according to the Product/Capability model to ensure that our solutions are consistent and reusable within the broader product portfolio.
· Together with the Enterprise and technical architects, evaluating and selecting technologies and frameworks that meet business needs and contribute to the realization of scalable and sustainable solutions.
· Documenting the architectural solutions and ensuring clear communication to all stakeholders involved.
· Conducting workshops and consultations with internal teams to ensure that the solutions are well understood and well implemented.
· Ensuring continuous improvement and innovation within the solutions by utilizing new technologies and methodologies.
· Guiding on the up-skilling of current internal team.

Skills & Qualifications

· Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience
· Minimum 10 in a similar architect role
· Were involved in multiple large-sized (1000+ man days) CRM implementation projects characterized by systematic and milestone-driven work
· Ability to work independently, as well as in project teams and take ownership accountability and responsibility
· Coaching skills by closely working together with other colleagues
· Fluent in English and ideally in French and Dutch
· Certified Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing and Customer service
· Certified Microsoft Dynamics 365 Power Apps + Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert
· Certified TOGAF or equivalent experience
