We are seeking a Senior Java Developer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of backend components and RESTful APIs supporting enterprise-grade applications.

The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong collaboration skills, ensuring robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend services and REST APIs using Java and Spring Boot.

Ensure code quality through unit, integration, and performance testing.

Conduct code reviews, promote best practices, and mentor junior developers.

Collaborate with architects, analysts, and DevOps engineers to define and refine technical solutions.

Support deployment, cutover, and hypercare phases, ensuring stable releases.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring system performance and reliability.

Maintain and update technical documentation for services, configurations, and interfaces.

Contribute to technical design discussions, ensuring alignment with architectural principles and cloud strategy.

Conformity Criteria

A minimum of 10 years working experience as a Java developer

Demonstrable experience -minimum 5 years with microservices architecture

Demonstrable working experience with integration with SAAS solutions

Demonstrable experience -minimum 5 years with Spring framework

Minimum 2 days per week onsite

C1 level (or equivalent) proficiency in spoken and written English

Evaluation criteria

Core Java Proficiency: Uses OOP, collections, streams, and exception handling effectively

Frameworks & Libraries: Applies Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, Maven/Gradle, testing frameworks

API Design & Integration: Designs clean, reusable REST APIs, respects standards and security
