Functional Analyst Supply Chain / ERP / Logistics
1. Context of the mission
The Functional Analyst will support the Supply Chain Transformation Program under the leadership of the Program Manager. The role focuses on analyzing business processes,
gathering requirements, and translating them into functional designs for ERP ( SAP) and logistics systems. The Functional Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders,
technical teams, and other analysts to ensure smooth integration and delivery of end-to-end Supply Chain solutions.

Start date: ASAP
Duration: 12 months (Depending on project evolution, extension is possible)

Business experience required (work experience)
Mandatory (years: senior 3-5)
• 3–5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst in Supply Chain or ERP environments
• Proven experience with end-to-end Supply Chain processes (procurement, warehousing, inventory, order management, logistics)
• Experience participating in ERP or logistics system implementation/integration projects
Preferable
• Experience in multi-site Supply Chain contexts
• Working experience with both business and IT in cross-functional organizations
Functional experience required (job experience in particular industry and in particular function)
Mandatory (years: junior 1-2/ senior 3-5 / expert 6+)
• Requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional specification writing
• Ability to translate Supply Chain processes into ERP or logistics system functionalities
• Support for solution design, gap analysis and functional validation
• Collaboration with developers, integration specialists, and testers
• Coordination of functional testing (SIT, UAT), including test scenarios and defect follow-up
Preferable
• Functional knowledge of SAP modules such as MM, WM, EWM, SD, PP
• Experience with logistics systems (WMS, TMS, OMS)
• Knowledge of master data flows and dependencies in Supply Chain
Technical experience required (job experience in particular industry and in particular function)
Mandatory (years: senior 3-5)
• Understanding of ERP architecture (SAP ECC or S/4HANA)
• Familiarity with interface concepts: IDocs, APIs, flat files,…
• Ability to read basic data models and understand system-to-system data flows
• Experience with documenting functional & technical integration requirements
Preferable
• Basic SQL for data validation or troubleshooting
• Exposure to dashboards or reporting tools (Power BI)
• Understanding of warehouse automation or IoT/logistics devices
