Functional Analyst - Digital Journey

Join a digital banking environment focused on Online & Mobile Banking, including payments, cards, digital signatures, onboarding journeys, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners, architects, developers, testers, and fellow analysts within agile squads.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional and non-functional specifications.
Create and maintain user stories in Jira, functional documentation in Confluence, and detailed feature specifications.
Design service specifications and support the definition of data models together with Data Architects.
Work closely with development teams and architects to define and validate solution designs.
Support Scrum teams throughout the development, testing, and delivery phases.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst or Business Analyst.
Strong experience within the banking sector, preferably in:
- Online & Mobile Banking
- Payments (Instant Payments, Mobile Payments, QR Payments)
- Card solutions and tokenization (e.g. Apple Pay, Wero)
- KYC and Customer Onboarding processes
Solid knowledge of:
- UML and BPMN modelling
- REST APIs and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)
- SQL and relational databases
- Java environments
- Jira, Confluence, Enterprise Architect and ALM tools
Experience with cloud technologies, mobile development processes, middleware, and application monitoring is a plus.

Analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Able to bridge business and IT effectively.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Comfortable working in international and multicultural environments.
Experience translating UX/UI designs (e.g. Figma) into functional requirements is an asset.
Native Dutch or French speaker with fluent English.
