We are looking for an “AGILE DELIVERY MANAGER” for Antwerp area.

Description:

·         Coordinate internal alignment across multiple departments and tribes

·         Monitor KPIs and performance metrics

·         Facilitate agile ways of working and guide partner teams

·         Align partner delivery with business goals

·         Min. 10 years of experience in IT delivery, supplier management, or similar roles

·         Proven experience in agile IT delivery environments

·         Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

·         Commercial awareness and contract management experience

·         Ability to work across multiple departments and align conflicting interests

·         Experience with offshore team collaboration

·         Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum, SAFe)

·         English : Fluently - Dutch language skills
